Born and raised in southern California, Traci’s career experience spans the fields of real estate, mortgage finance, and title insurance. Licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson since 1999, she possesses a wide range of abilities in the areas of research, finance, exchange, risk analysis, product development, compliance, quality control, marketing, and management. At McGrath & McGrath, Traci is responsible for essential marketing and administration processes and projects, performed with initiative and enthusiasm.
As our Senior Transaction Coordinator, Don is an essential component of the McGrath & McGrath Team. His knowledge of real estate compliance, practice, policies and procedures, combined with processing skills and an aptitude for management, are fundamental to the success of our enterprise. Don oversees and records every transaction originated by McGrath & Mcgrath. He has been licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson since 2013, and is the sole proprietor of Aldon Services.
As owner of All About Art Studios since May 2011, Kathy works with the McGrath & McGrath Team to visually communicate our messages clearly and powerfully to our target audiences, creating strong, lasting impressions. Her education and expertise in graphic arts includes attendance at The Art Institute of Boston, the Massachusetts College of Art & Design where she received her BFA in art education and fine arts. and Platt College In San Diego.
Joe has a long history of success in real estate sales and management over the last 30 years. Joe maintains a wide range of real estate knowledge expanding also into title, escrow and mortgage where he served in executive leadership in regional and national positions. As our esteemed Office Manager, Joe says “Professional and personal growth for our associates and staff members is paramount in creating a culture of the highest standards in expertise and client service.”
Sandra relocated from Palm Springs to join Coldwell Banker Realty May of 2010. She is the Deal Operations Specialist and prides herself in customer service and currently carrying the role of liaison between the Sales Agents and Office Management. Sandra is the main point of contact for everything in the office, assisting agents with questions, general office procedures, and ensuring that all paperwork is processed to the Service Centers. Her responsibilities include running the day-to-day operations and administrative functions of the branch office and providing exceptional customer service to all agents.
Marketing Specialist with an extensive background in customer service. Jesiel joined Coldwell Banker Realty in May of 2017 and manages a marketing role in San Diego County, helping Coldwell Banker Realty realtors with marketing strategies and provides guidance and support for our top marketing technologies. Jesiel's expertise includes marketing, social media, and web marketing. Jesiel masters the marketing specialist department and delivers exceptional training to the SoCal gents, allowing the team to gradually digest the information and platforms that Coldwell Banker Realty makes available for the success of every agent and team.
Connor transferred to the Coldwell Banker Realty office in Encinitas from one of the highest producing CB offices in Monterey, CA. Connor has been with Coldwell Banker Realty since 2020 and has proven himself to be an incredible asset to the Encinitas office. He boasts a background in digital marketing, print marketing, social media management, and Search Engine Optimization in addition to his BBA in Business Marketing. Connor is continually nurturing the growth of business for the Encinitas branch by educating us on the latest marketing tools and powers Coldwell Banker Realty has to offer.
